ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
LFDACFIN - IRR calculation issue for Adhoc Fee Amortization
The system does not calculate IRR on Adhoc fee booked on the same day (Booking date). Even after EOD, the system does not insert a row in oltb_amount_due_da , Thus the IRR will not be computed by the system.
However, after running the EOD, if the user book another Adhoc fee for the same loan contract, the system populates all previous adhoc fee details including new adhoc fee booked after EOD, and calculates IRR together.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The system must compute IRR on the Amortization Fee booking date (LFDACFIN). Any further Adhoc fees booked should result in a new IRR row OLTB_CONTRACT_IRR.
If user does not book another Fee next day, the system would not compute IRR until such fee gets booked again. Once another fee is booked, then system successfully recomputes the IRR on every new fee booked in LFDACFIN.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a loan account
2. Booked Adhoc fee for component AMND_FEE using LFDACFIN
3. Verify IRR cashflow table, IRR table: No details inserted, and no IRR calculated for Adhoc Fee
4. Run one EOD, Verify IRR cashflow table, IRR table: No details inserted, and no IRR calculated for Adhoc Fee.
5. Book another Adhoc fee for component AMND_FEE using LFDACFIN
6. Verify IRR cashflow table, IRR table: The system inserted 2 rows for AMND_FEE and successfully calculated the IRR.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot find IRR if booked on same day
