GEDFACLT- Unable to modify existing Limit date under Schedules subsystem
Limit date is not modifiable.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Limit date should be allowed to Modify
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Open an existing facility having Limit dates and amount under Schedules subsystem in GEDFACLT.
2) Unlock the record
3) Go to Schedules subsystem

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot modify the Limit date under Schedules Subsystem
