Visitor Charges Issues In The Contract Before Rollover 14.5.0.11.0

Symptoms
Customer safe deposit visit is logged for 4th time and navigated to Charges tab to check if visitor charge component is present or not
and verified there is no VISITOR charge component is present even though the current visit needs to be charged.
Then user got the below error message when they click on Save button in DLDVINFO screen.
"Invalid Association of Charge Component DL_DEP_AMT 1-CF-VALS-001"
"Failed to Save-ST-SAVE-054"
After clicked on new and saved again , the deposit visitor log is successfully saved and accounting entries also posted for CUSV event code.
