Symptoms
When attempting to perform payment status inquiry search, following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Navigate to Payment Status Inquiry Screen.
3. Enter the account number and populate ONLY the "Initiation Date From" field.
4. Click the search button, error is displayed.
