DEUPLOAD using GI is failing with error "File Already Exists"


DE upload using out of box functionality in GI using DEIMJNL interface is failing with error "File already Exists" error.
when we try to upload a file with 501 records, the screen just keeps on processing and after some time, the error appears on the screen with message "GI-INF-61!File Already exist in the folder"

Analysis on the issue
1.there are 2 records inserted into GITB_FILE_MASTER (1 each for FP and DP). FP status is W and DP status is U.
2.there are 2 records inserted into GITB_FILE_LOG with FP status as P and DP status as W.
after some time, there is one more record inserted into GITB_FILE_MASTER for FP and status U.after which the error appears on the screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload DE file using GIDIFPRS
2. File Uploaded Successfully. Validation in Progress.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Complete the file Processing
