Symptoms

While viewing "Export Letter of Credit", below issue is observed.

ERROR

View bill submenu is not available.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Corp user.
2. Go to menu Trade finance -> Export LC
3. Observe View Bill not showing where as for Import LC showing

BUSINESS IMPACT
---------------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to use "View Bill" functionality.
