MAKER CAN AUTHORIZE HIS OWN TRANSACTION IN THE SAME SCREEN UDDTREVT
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Map user defined events at MM product.
2. Create a contract using the above mapped product.
3. Create a treasury user defined events in UDDTREVT using non auto auth user.
4. Query above created treasury user defined events with the same user id and try to authorize
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Maker can authorize his own record. Delete and Authorize buttons are still appearing.
