ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Exchange rate field (F36 ) mapping between incoming and outgoing ISO message is not correct.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should map Exchange rate field (F36 ) of the incoming message to the outgoing message correctly
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload an incoming MT 103 in a manner that it results in passthrough ISO message
2. Provide F36 in the incoming message
3. Message is successfully uploaded
4. Outgoing txn created and message generated
5. We observe that system is not mappingF36 of the incoming message correctly to the outgoing message
