Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Label name is not correct for ICDESDEM and ICSESDEM

For these two screens - ICDESDEM and ICSESDEM, the Label Description is not coming in correctly for for- LBL_STREAM_NAME.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The label description should be Stream Name.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Launch the screen ICDESDEM.
2)Field name LBL_STREAM_NAME should be Stream Name.
