On : 14.7.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
EPS Notification from OBPM is failing in parsing in consuming components with parsing error.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate a SPS request from any of the source system ( FCUBS, OBTR, OBTF, OBCL)
2. Payment is successfully processing in OBPM
3. Notification is send out to the consuming component from OBPM
4. Consuming component not able to parse the notification as per the below:
