ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In MMDCONRE function ID, the user ID whose home branch is different from the contract branch but has the access to the contract branch is not available in LOV of 'new user ID' field. For example: User ID 'A' has 001 as home branch but also has access to '007' branch. Now a MM contract is created in 007 branch by user ID 'B' and the same contract is required to reassigned to user ID 'A'. But from 007 branch in MMDCONRE screen, 'A' user ID is not available is LOV OD 'New User ID' field. System is showing those user IDs only whose home branch is 007.
