Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While user attempt to perform cancellation of incoming Target2MX transaction in PSDOCBRT, user is not able to fetch return codes even though it is maintained.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
During earlier baseline version - PS 14.5.0.9.0, user was able to fetch return code during cancellation of incoming Target2MX transaction. However, after deployment of 14.5.0.12.0, customer is having this challenge.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Receive an incoming t2mx txn.
2. Txn goes into sanction queue and we cancel from the queue.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot be able to select return type while cancelling incoming Target2MX transaction.
