STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Issue : after we enter given new SSI for Borrower then it is giving an error as Unhandled Exception
1. Create Five days backdated revolving facility for 120M EUR for 21 days
2. Capture Migration SSI for both borrower and non-Rabo lenders
3. Capture SSI maintained for Rabo for Rabo
4. Migration SSI: Cr: Agency Suspense account and Dr Agency suspense Account
5. save and authorize
6. Run EOD
7. changing SSI
8. Fetch Revolving facility contract reference number
9. Change SSI for USD ,HKD and EUR currencies from Migration SSI's to Borrower SSI
10. SSI for HKD : Domestic Transfer outgoing and USD,EUR : Cross Boarder transfer Outgoing
11.Save and Authorize

Changes

 Fix has been provided to fire the SAMD event at the Drawdown contracts with the maker and checker as the maker and checker of the  SAMD event of the respective Tranche – during the authorization operation.

Additional_issue:
36689014_ADL_1:  System throws an unhandled exception error while saving the SSI amendment (LBDBRMNC) because the OLTMS_INSTR select query was failed, which is trying to fetch two records in the Settlement Instructions Maintenance with the same mnemonic (open and closed records for the same  mnemonic)

36689014 _FIX_1:  
Record status(O) and Auth status(A) condition has been added in the OLTMS_INSTR select query to fetch only open record status mnemonic details from Settlement Instructions Maintenance while saving the LBDBRMNC.
