ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Commission component issue during the Process of Import LC Reopen
Commission component coming from OBTF and available in provider response but not available obrh response.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should provide the response also in the OBRH,commission details to be available for the given application no.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBTFPM application
2. Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to Import LC Reopen screen
