System allows to save the same instrument code twice in PGDNCYPR screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

There should be single save.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Screen PGDNCYPR
2. Try to Provide details for Clearing Network Currency Preference..


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users has to save the same operation twice .
