Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We are experiencing an issue with blocked amounts due to OBDx transactions affecting all book transfer (account-to-account transfer) transactions. This is a showstopper issue affecting mobile banking transactions.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should release the block after transaction is successful.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do transaction in OBDX application.
2. Verify whether the transaction is successfully authorized
3. After completion verify whether amount block is released
