ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

System allowing to add details to amend field 40a from irrevocable to irrevocable transferable in summary screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not allow to add details in main summary screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login OBTFPM
2.Go to Trade Finance
3. Go to Import LC amendment
