ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the Android app when trying to capture photos for the profile camera, it is not opening instead it is taking us to the upload option.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As per the functionality, it should allow us to capture photos using the camera in case of mobile.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the mobile application.
2. Open the User profile.
3. Click on add photo.
