ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OBVAM - View Account Facility is not showing any data
When clicked and selected view option of the existing record in Account Facility, system is not loading the details of existing records
Instead, screen is without any details and looks like new record creation screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should display the complete details of the Account Facility
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open VAM - > Customer -> View Account Facility
2. When clicked and selected view option of the existing record, system is not loading the details which are already created.
3. Screen is without any details and looks like new record creation screen.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the Facility Details in the View Screen
