ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In OLDPMNT screen, on fetching a contract which is an LCY loan, the payment by field value is defaulted as foreign currency. When user tries to change this to local currency and then click on populate, system displays error "
ERROR
-----------------------
Local currency payment is allowed only if fx variance flag is enabled at contract".
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBCL application
2. Go to Loan and Payments
3. Go to LDPMNT(Manual Payment)
