Unable to Add Security Question from Admin (Doc ID 3048077.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add Security Question through Admin Application,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"Question should be 10 to 100 characters long."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as Admin User
2. Select "Manage Security Questions"
3. Input Security Question of your choice.
4. System gives Length Validation Error.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

1. Bank Admin is not able to proceed further to apply adequate security-levels in Channel Banking System.
