ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Swift messages generated as MT754 and MT734 for non-RMA banks are not generated correctly


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Swift MT999 generated as MT754 message and MT734 ACCPET_REFUSAL message should be generated as Standard

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Swift MT999 generated as MT754 message for non RMA
2.Input "Non Acceptance Message Date" date and "Discrepancies" in a bill of Initial stage, Deformed MT734 ACCEPT_REFUSAL message has been generated
