OBCFPM - CFAM - Error at Facility and Sub-Facility Creation

In CFAM flow while creating facility and sub-facility creation getting error.
Customer and Liability is created in ELCM and not replicated to CFPM and then user is creating facility and sub facility. 

ERROR

GE-BDFC-011 - MURABAHA01 - Display Effective Line Amount cannot be greater than Liability headroom amount.
INVALID-001 - LC01 - Value for field Main Line Code is not valid
SYSERROR - COL242390945 - System Error Occurred


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate a CP amendment flow for a customer created in FCUBS and replcated to ELCM
2. In the initiation stage, Create A facility and a sub facility along with new Collateral
3. Click on Next
4. System is throwing error

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete CFAM initiation stage
