Symptoms

Collateral cannot be amended/unlocked and saved in GCDCOLLL

The user wants to amend some information, so they unlock and make changes, but when they try to save, the system shows an error message.

We tested with two types of users: 1) auto-authorization users and 2) non-auto-authorization users.

We are encountering different error messages for each type. 

Note: The user is unlocking the record without making any changes and then attempts to save, but the system still shows an error message.


ERROR

Autoauth user:

Message does not exists for this error code ST-SAVE-008

Unauth User:

Response is Empty ST-COM036


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch GCDCOLLL
2. Query the collateral
3. Unlock , don't do any modification and then save.
