Accounts are Not Displayed on Merchant Payment Screen (Doc ID 3048578.1)

Symptoms

When user trying to perform merchant payment, following error occurs.

ERROR

No Account(s) available

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Accounts are not displayed on merchant payment screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Accounts should be displayed on Complete payment screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Go to /index.html?module=home&homeComponent=dummy-merchant-dashboard&homeModule=dummy-merchant
2. Enter the details on the screen for the merchant
3. Click on Submit. User gets redirected to Login Page.
4. User enters Login details and clicks on Login.
5. Complete Payment Page appears. Error is displayed for “No Account(s) available”.
