Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

OBTFPM application successfully generates the VAT even the charges are waived and commission not calculated.
Charge is waived and commission also marked as "STOP application" even VAT is generated.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not generate VAT if charges , commission is waived OR commission , charges not calculated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBTFPM application
2. Go to Trade Finance
3. Go to Guarantee Amendment
