Error should be displayed when an invalid character is entered in credit transaction allowed during virtual account file upload

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via corporate user.
2. Upload a Create VA file with Credit transaction allowed with different character example 'V' apart from 'Y' or 'N' and same for Debit Transaction allowed.
3. Notice the error in the error file.
