Symptoms
When attempting to do Guarantee issuance internal Amendment, getting handoff fail for Error,User did not change any dates while doing the process.

Claim Expiry Date cannot be greater than Closure Date
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBTFPM application
2. Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to Guarantee issuance internal Amendment, selecting the application no for hand-off task
