Symptoms

The Payment Initiation Service Provider (PISP) Domestic Payments read with GET call returns below error on execution using Postman in response.
 
ERROR
-----------------------
400 Bad Request
Invalid Request Parameter
Access denied.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Postman initiate payment with Retail user for open banking.
2. After successful payment click on Read Payment API.
3. The GET service call returns Access denied error in response.
