Symptoms
While trying to access Payment Status Enquiry screen and Cancel Scheduled Payment review screen below error is observed on the screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a Retail user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Payments > Inquiries > Payment Status Inquiry.
3. Click on one of the listed record.
