Error Invalid Address Details on Charges Tab Instead of Instruction Tab (Doc ID 3050199.1)

On Initiate Letter of Credit (LC) screen under Instruction tab if 49 Confirmation Instructions is selected as Confirm or May Confirm option without providing Advising bank address above or by selecting Advise Through Bank in 58A Requested Confirmation Party, below validation error is observed on Charges tab instead of Instruction tab.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a Corporate user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Trade Finance > Letter of Credit > Import Letter of Credit > Initiate Letter of Credit.
3. Click on Create LC. Under Instruction tab select 49 Confirmation Instructions as Confirm or May Confirm option without providing Advising bank address above or by selecting Advise Through Bank in 58A Requested Confirmation Party.
4. Click on Next button. Error is observed on Charges tab instead of Instruction tab.
