ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
ELCM:: Anniversary fee calculation and posting is not correct

We have created a facility to verify anniversary fee backdated for 1 year.
Liability no = 000622580, line code = BAL_6621, Limit Amount = 20,000,000/- , Fee rate = 4%, Limit Start Date = 2023-08-01, Limit Expiry Date = 2026-08-01
Fee amount computed and posted for 1st Anniversary (01/08/23 to 31/07/24) are different and having small difference in system calculated and manually calculated /posted amount. where as fee posted for 2nd Anniversary (01/08/24 to 31/07/25) is very big, much more than limit amount.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
System should calculate the anniversary fee correctly.
