Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBVAM - View Account Closure - Transfer Details

When user select a record of a closed VA with positive balance, system is showing the balance details, but when checked in Transfer Details Segment, Transfer Details Section is coming as a LOV


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should display the Transfer Details but not allow user to select from LOV in view screen


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. View an VA account closed with positive balance record
2. Move to Transfer Details Segment
3. In Account Details Section, Transfer Details is coming as a LOV
4. And when clicked, it is showing LOV for Virtual Account Number


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the transfer details
