Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Group Corporate On-boarding , while creating user , selecting the checkbox for Copy from another user , the modal window for User-Search component is not loading.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User Search modal must be loaded properly.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as Admin
2. Go to Corporate Onboarding >> Group Corporate Onboarding
3. Input GCIF and Search.
4. Select one and opt User Onboarding.
5. Click Create and opt Copy-from
6. Click Select User
7. User Search modal appears which is always unloaded.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
1. Copy-form option on Group Corporate Screen does not work when creating a new user.
