Remarks Entered by Admin User While Approving Service Request Created by User Is Not Visible to User (Doc ID 3056775.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a Service Request is created by User and the same is Accepted by the Admin user by clicking on the Approve button by entering remarks. This entered remarks is not shown to the user who has raised the service request when viewing Service Request details.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When a Service Request is created by User and the same is Accepted by the Admin user by clicking on the Approve button by entering remarks. This entered remarks is should also shown to the user who has raised the service request when viewing Service Request details.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login into the application.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Service Requests > Raise a New Request.
3. Raise a service request and once this is Accepted by Admin user check the status of the raised service request from Track Requests screen.
4. Click on the Service Request name to view the details of the Accepted record where the status is shown as Accepted but the remark/comment entered by the Admin user is not visible to the user.
