ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In OBTFPM system while processing the Amendment workflow, user have changed the amendment date at the time of registration. However, the same has been
getting restored with system date at DE stage.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Ideally modified date shouldn't be changed to system date
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Sign into OBTFPM Application
2.Go to Trade Finance
3.Go to Export LC Amendment Scrutiny
4.Go to Registration
5.Go to Data Enrichment stage
