Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Country List is not coming intermittently while Add Payee for International Transfer

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Country Enumerated List must be loaded as expected for Add Payee for International Transfer.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as Corporate/Retail User.
2. Navigate to Toggle Menu >> Payments >> Add Payee >> International Transfer
3. Click Country drop-down-list
4. Country List items are not always being for it.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

1. Customer is not able to proceed with International Transfer Beneficiary.
