While performing domestic payment through chatbot, below error is observed.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On chatbot.
2. Perform money transfer for domestic payment.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to perform domestic transfer through chatbot.
