OBBRN_Account service sweep out transaction description shows double
We have created Sweep out transaction from OBBRN and SI has been created in FCUBS whereas we could see the Dr and Cr Account description shows double, it is repeating 2 times and displayed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Description should not show Double repeated values

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do a Sweep out
2. Approve and validate the SI description
