Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

F12 does not display the Signature Image

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should display the signature image.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Press F12 on account number.
2. Signature and Image should be displayed.
 

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the image.
