Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When user is trying to approve canceled international transaction, then following error display on the Approval screen.

ERROR
-----------------------
validations failed

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to approve the canceled transaction by approver.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login the application via corporate maker
2. Navigate to toggle menu > payments > payment inquiries > payment status inquiry
3. Select network type dropdown as book transfer or cross border
4. Click on search and cancel the transaction
5. Login the application via checker and approve the canceled transaction in pending for approval screen
6. 'Validation failed' error shown on screen
