The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Tried steps to fix issue but same error is there:
1) Created new userid and all roles provided to this userid.
2) Branch codes and commoncore data replicated in cmncore schema from flexcube
3) checked properties & ports in properties, PLATOUI, Plato security schema tables
4) clean plato & commoncore server restart after deployment
