Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CAMT.029 remains as un-generated as message in itself has failed to generate and shows as empty while processing reject of Incoming camt.056 for pacs.008.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should generate CAMT.029 successfully as incoming recall request processed successfully.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Incoming pacs.008 is received and successfully processed in OBPM.
2. Incoming camt.056 is received for this pacs.008 and reflected in the system.
3. User clicks on View Queue button of Processing Details tab at PSDIT2CV screen.
4. User is directed to PQSICLRQ screen and chooses Reject action for this transaction.
5. The incoming recall request is rejected successfully, however the the message status for camt.029 remains as Ungenerated as the camt.029 message in itself has failed to generate and shows as empty. Meanwhile, the pacs.008 status is changed back to Processed and Recall Status is updated to Recall Rejected on Processing Details tab of PSDIT2CV screen.
