When attempting to create book new incoming transfer by giving require mandatory input details and while click on enrich in screen PSDIT2CT, the following error occurs.

Response is empty - ST-COMM036

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. User goes on PSDIT2CT screen and clicks on New to manually input an incoming customer transfer.
2. User inputs the necessary data on screen and clicks on Enrich.
On Enrich, an error of "Response is Empty" is displayed and user is not able to further process the payment.
