ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Retry not working in ECA queue screen and Screen is getting stuck.

For some transactions in ECA queue, 'View Transaction' is returning an empty screen. Seems like both the issues are connected. Logs for both are attached.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transaction should get processed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) GoTo ECA queue screen.
2) Select any 'Rejected transaction' for which balance is added and click on 'Retry'.
