Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After enabling Alerts/Notifications for Account Balance under Savings & Current and doing successful payment transaction to own account the balance gets changed but no host alert is getting generated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After enabling Alerts/Notifications for Account Balance under Savings & Current and doing successful payment transaction to own account host alert should get generated on balance change.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Retail user.
2. Use the toggle menu and navigate to Account Settings > My Preference > Alerts/Notifications.
3. Go to Saving and Current and select an account and enable Alerts for Account Balance for all available options.
4. Do an own account transfer and observe that no alerts are received even after a successful payment transfer is completed.
