Stop/Unblock Cheque Is Not Working and Giving Error As "Cheque Number Does Not Exist" (Doc ID 3060618.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to Stop/Unblock Cheque,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Cheque number does not exist.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX Application as Corporate/Retail User.
2. Navigate to Toggle Menu >> Accounts >> Current & Savings >> Stop/Unblock Cheque
3. Input required details and press Submit
4. Error Message appears as "Cheque number does not exist".

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

1. Customer is not able to proceed Stop/Revoke Blocked Cheque Payment for a valid Cheque Number.
