ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

FCUBS || Account branch transfer to other branch is not happening because of amount block

Account branch transfer to other branch is not happening because of amount block. User want to relax this so that if any account having the block should also transfer to other branch and during the EOD flexcube should not stop/fail the account branch transfer because of any amount block which is present at account level

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
System should not show this error: Amount block exists for the account at the time of booking the account branch transfer record. Secondly, System should not stop the account branch transfer during the EOD run because of ST-FUS-029 , AC-OTH-01 and AC-OVD02 error codes

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the screen by inputting CSDACCTR at the right top of the FCUBS
2. Click Ok then Account branch transfer screen will be launched.
3. Click New button and enter all the mandatory Data for all the fields like : transfer date and target branch.
4. Then click + button and add account number which user want to transfer to other branch. Then click Save button.
5. After that go to the summary screen , find out the unth txn and auth the same.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with Account branch transfer to other branch.

 Fix :- Changes done to process transfer of accounts on which amount blocks are placed.
