User when trying to issue a BC instrument in PIDINSIS screen, system is throwing following error
ERROR

Transaction failed due to amount slab is not maintained for the given amount in Pricing slab - PC-TXP-040
Failed to process the request - ST-SAVE-028
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Issue a unused BC instrument in PIDINSIS screen
2. Verify whether the issuance is successful.
