Total Charge Display Issue When Opening Transaction Details From Servicing Journal (Doc ID 3062959.1)

Symptoms

When doing BC issuance or any BC operation, the Total charge is visible. But when submitted the transaction and checking the transaction from servicing journal, the Total charges are not displaying anything.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Doing BC duplication
2. On clicking Total Charges, the charges are visible./submitted it successfully.
3. Go to servicing journal and check the Total charges, the charges are empty.

2.When we check the servicing journal, it is empty.
3. This issue exists for others as well.
